Scope of services

Calmstreamcore provides strategic and technical services designed to identify and implement high-leverage changes that help companies scale efficiently. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our services do not include ongoing managed operations, hosting, or long-term staffing. Any timelines, milestones, and outcomes described in proposals are estimates based on information available at project start; actual results depend on client collaboration and external factors. We may recommend third-party tools and integrations; use of such tools is subject to separate third-party terms. Clients are responsible for costs associated with third-party products and for ensuring compliance with any provider requirements. Calmstreamcore will employ commercially reasonable efforts to meet agreed milestones but is not responsible for delays caused by client-side dependencies, third-party vendors, or unforeseeable events beyond our control. Change requests are handled through a documented change control process and may affect cost and schedule. For any intellectual property created during the engagement, ownership and license terms will be set forth in the governing statement of work or contract; typically, Calmstreamcore grants clients a license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes after payment in full.

Use of the website and intellectual property
